Previous Patriots centers haven't been shy in relaying exactly how particular Tom Brady can be when it comes to his centers' in-game hygiene.

"I have actually tried to train my body not to sweat,” said David Andrews told The Athletic. “So, I would sit in the sauna and just try not to (sweat). ... It didn’t work."

"There was a ritual where he would put the towel in. It’s up to him,” Dan Koppen said in the same piece. "So, he put the towel in the centers before the game and made sure (it was in place). You know, I mean, I’m sure putting your hands back there, I don’t think you want to go into a sweaty vat."

"Try to stay as dry as possible," added Ted Karras.

This week it was Ryan Jensen's turn to start learning the lesson.

“First you fold the towel once, then over its self again. Put it down your crack and douse in baby powder. No more ass sweat.” -@TomBrady #sweatmetigation101 pic.twitter.com/V1uYkiekgg

The source of the tweet came from Brady's workout at a Tampa-area high school with some of his new Bucs teammates. (For more on that controversial workout, read Ryan Hannable's column by clicking here.)

This will be the seventh year in the NFL for Jensen, who previously served as the center for Baltimore starter Joe Flacco and former Tampa Bay signal-caller Jameis Winston.
