Antonio Brown reportedly headed west, Steelers don't get much in return

Finally, a deal has been made.

According to multiple reports, Antonio Brown has been traded from the Steelers to the Raiders in exchange for a third and fifth-round pick. The deal happened very early Sunday morning after over a week or so of the team aggressively trying to trade him.

The price also isn't even close to what the Steelers originally wanted -- a first-rounder. The trade leaves the Steelers with a dead-money salary cap hit of over $21 million this season.

Unless the Raiders and Patriots meet in the playoffs, New England will not need to face Brown until the two teams meet in Foxboro during the 2020 season.

While the price did drop significantly, it does not appear the Patriots ever showed any interest.
