The Celtics were said to be looking for size this offseason, and they have just added the tallest player they possibly could.
According to ESPN's Jonathan Givony, the Celtics will sign Tacko Fall to an Exhibit 10 contract. An Exhibit 10 contract means the player will receive a bonus up to $50,000 if he signs a contract with the team's G League affiliate upon being waived from the parent club.
Fall, who stands 7-foot-7, averaged 11.1 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.6 blocks as a senior at UCF. His biggest performance came in their near upset of Duke in the NCAA Tournament when he scored 15 points, had six rebounds and three blocks.
He seems very likely to play for the Celtics in the upcoming summer league.
