FOXBORO -- It's Week 1 of the regular season and free agent wide out Dez Bryant still doesn't have a team.
Bryant was connected in rumors to Patriots all summer with how thin they are at the position and after Bryant's tweet Sunday afternoon, those rumors are likely to pick up again.
The Patriots played Sunday with four wide outs with Julian Edelman suspended -- Chris Hogan, Phillip Dorsett, Cordarrelle Patterson and Riley McCarron, and Chad Hansen was a healthy inactive. It's clear even when Edelman comes back the position could still be upgraded, so it would seem this is still a situation to monitor.
Bryant, 29, would need to take less than what he's looking for to sign in New England, but tweets like this say it's possible.
