Bill Belichick reportedly had director of racial justice program speak to Patriots

It was reported last week Bill Belichick took time away from football to address current events with the team, and now there's a little more known on what happened.

According to MMQB's Albert Breer, Belichick had Rahsaan Hall, the director of the racial justice program at the ACLU of Massachusetts, address the team for an hour last Friday. This isn't the first time Hall has spoken to Patriots players, as he spoke last June during the Patriots' rookie transition program.

Breer added according to he spoke with, Hall was "excellent, and spoke in great depth on the subject."

Players, including the McCourty twins and Matthew Slater, have said in recent days the team had a good dialogue last week and were appreciative of Belichick for allowing it to happen.

The Patriots' virtual offseason program reportedly has ended for veterans and coaches do not need to report to Gillette Stadium until training camp next month.
