BLOOMINGTON, Minn. -- It's been a year since the Patriots came back from 25 points down in the second half to beat the Falcons 34-28 in overtime of Super Bowl LI.
The Patriots used coming back from a 28-3 deficit in their rings, as it contained 283 diamonds.
Apparently, this angered Falcons owner Arthur Blank. Speaking to the New York Times, Blank said he told Robert Kraft it bothered him.
"I said to Robert, 'You didn't have to do the 28-3 in the ring,'" Blank said to author Mark Leibovich. "It kind of pissed me off."
The Patriots will be going for their sixth Super Bowl win in the Bill Belichick era Sunday night against the Eagles.
