FOXBORO -- The Patriots were back on the practice field Thursday, which will likely be their final practice of the bye week.
After missing Wednesday's session, fullback James Develin returned, while Devin McCourty (head) and Dwayne Allen (knee) remained absent. McCourty was injured against the Jets, while Allen went into the game with a pre-existing injury. Develin missed Wednesday as his wife gave birth to their third child.
Since it is the bye week, there is no injury report.
New England will play its divisional round game at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, Jan. 13 against a team to be determined. If the Texans beat the Colts it will be them, but if not, it will be the winner of the Chargers-Ravens game.
