The Patriots have a new quarterback in town -- Cam Newton.
The 2015 NFL MVP signed a one-year, incentive-laden deal with the Patriots Sunday night and he now will compete with second-year player Jarrett Stidham for the starting job.
In an Instagram post Tuesday, wide receiver Julian Edelman welcomed Newton to the team and seems to be looking forward to working with him.
