Could the Red Sox be looking to add to their outfield before the start of the season?
According to MLB Network's Jon Heyman, the Red Sox are a possibility to sign outfielder Yasiel Puig.
The 29-year-old is currently a free agent. After spending the majority of his career with the Dodgers, he played for the Reds and Indians in 2019. In 149 games between the two teams, he batted .267 with 24 home runs and 84 RBI.
With all that being said, it is hard to envision a fit for the Red Sox, especially after they added Kevin Pillar earlier this spring.
