In recent weeks, many have criticized the Patriots and their culture saying they don't have any fun.

It hasn't just been players who have never played for the organization, as Cassius Marsh was one of the players and he spent the majority of the 2017 season on the team. Danny Amendola didn't exactly praise it on his way out either, but another player who left the organization this offseason -- Nate Solder -- defended the Patriot Way earlier this week.

"I never had an issue with that," Solder said to NJ.com. "I feel like you should always push people to be the best that they can, and the fun comes in the level at which you're playing," Solder told NJ Advance Media. "I mean, it's not fun to lose games. It's not fun to play bad football. The fun is playing well."

Solder admitted Bill Belichick and Co. demand a lot, but it was never a problem.

"They have high standards in what they demand out of people," Solder said. "I never had any issues with the way they pushed us and the standards they had for us at all."

The left tackle signed a four-year, $62 million deal with the Giants this offseason, with $35 million guaranteed.
