KANSAS CITY -- Tom Brady seemed pretty confident when speaking at the podium Friday afternoon for his final press conference of the week.
Maybe because he is.
According to NFL Media's Mike Giardi, early in the week Brady walked into the Gillette Stadium facility and said, "I am the baddest mother(expletive) on the planet."
That would be great news for the Patriots, and it makes some sense.
The 41-year-old is coming off throwing for 343 yards against the Chargers in the divisional round, and his knee looks as close to 100 percent as it could be at this time of the year after injuring it against the Titans in mid-November.
With a win, Brady will play in his 10th Super Bowl.
