Patriots fans won't be hearing Dan Fouts call games this year, as CBS has moved on from the NFL analyst, according to the New York Post's Andrew Marchand.
Fouts was part of CBS' No. 2 team, which often called many Patriots games. The 69-year-old was not exactly a favorite of Patriots fans, as he often was the master of the obvious.
His contract expired at the end of last season.
The network is now looking at FOX's Charles Davis as a potential replacement, as well as Trent Green, who currently works for CBS.
