FOXBOROUGH -- N'Keal Harry has played in only six NFL games, but the first-round pick continues to make strides each time he takes the field.
Harry has nine receptions for 76 yards and two touchdowns, while also adding 40 yards on four carries.
Speaking Friday, wide receivers/special teams coach Joe Judge seemed pleased with Harry's progress.
"I think like anybody in our system, it is just experience is going to help you play a little faster, a little more confident and aggressive," he said. "He missed a lot of ball early on. We've talked about that before. He had the IR situation and you can only do so much when you're working to get back off an injury. He did a good job as far as getting his body healthy. He came back and you just don't jump back in. It's not fantasy football where you take players and plug them in and all of a sudden everyone starts collecting points. It takes awhile to find a rhythm and find some confidence in the offense, but he's done a good job."
Harry has played 51 percent and 58 percent of the snaps in the last two games respectively, which is a sign he's earning more and more trust within the offense.
When Harry has got the ball in his hands, he's shown how tough he is to bring down because of his 6-foot-4, 225-pound frame.
This is something that's impressed Judge.
"I have been," he said. "It's definitely shown. It's something we saw when he was in college. It was a strength we liked about him. He plays with a good aggressiveness. He plays to his size, which is key. You can't have a big guy try to play small and he's played up to how big he is right now."
Given Mohamed Sanu's inability to make a ton of plays the last several weeks, Harry could be a player to see his workload increase come the postseason.
