N'Keal Harry gets injured in joint practice with Lions, but returns

There was a bit of a scare during Tuesday's Patriots-Lions joint practice involving rookie wide receiver N'Keal Harry.

Here are the reports from reporters on the scene.

N'Keal Harry (right leg) briefly returned to practice, but wasn't on the field for the final hurry-up period

Certainly the biggest development from today's practice. The good news is Harry did not leave the practice field, and it looks like he participated in conditioning work on the hill.#Patriots https://t.co/ubcfwMKaOh

It's obviously good news the rookie returned, but certainly is something to keep an eye on the rest of the week. If it remains any issue at all, it's unlikely we will see him in Thursday's preseason game, especially with Tom Brady likely not playing.

Harry has had an up-and-down training camp where early on he was making mental mistakes and dropping passes, but as he's gotten more comfortable he's made some nice catches and showcased his natural talent.
