Even though the NFL draft hasn't taken place, the 2018 preseason opponents have been released.
The Patriots will host the Redskins (Week 1, Aug. 9-13) and Eagles (Week 2, Aug. 16-20) the first two weeks of the preseason and then travel to the Panthers (Week 3, Aug. 23-26) and the Giants (Week 4, Aug. 30-31) for the final two.
Of course, Week 2 is a Super Bowl LII rematch and Week 4 is the seasonal preseason finale game with the Giants.
Exact dates and times will be released at a later date, but the Patriots do not have any nationally televised games.
Also, keep an eye out for potential joint practices with one or more of these teams, as Bill Belichick has been a huge fan of them over the years.
