BLOOMINGTON, Minn. -- The Patriots are as healthy as they have been in awhile.
Not only did Rob Gronkowski clear the NFL concussion protocol and participate in full at practice Thursday, so did Deatrich Wise. In addition, Brandon King and Malcolm Butler were full participants after being limited Wednesday.
This means every Patriots player was a full participant.
It was a shells and helmets practice and was a lighter session than Wednesday, per the pool report. The nearly two-hour practice included time dedicated to special teams and worked on things covered Wednesday, as well.
Friday will be an even lighter session, but Stephen Gostkowski and Ryan Allen will kick at the stadium, like they did Wednesday, and then Saturday the players and their families will gather at the stadium for a photo opportunity.
"There's a lot to deal with," Bill Belichick said in the pool report. "We have distractions all year long, so we've dealt with a lot. We just try to maintain focus on our job and whatever the outside stuff is, minimize it. We have to deal with it sometimes, depending on what it is, but we try to minimize it and try to stay focused on our job."
