Although it doesn't seem like a major need, the Patriots appear to be interested in multiple top receivers, hosting them for pre-draft visits in Foxboro.
According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Alabama wide out Calvin Ridley is the latest, as New England is hosting him on Wednesday.
Ridley is expected to go in the first round after a terrific three years under Nick Saban. He finished with 224 catches for 2,781 yards and 19 touchdowns in his career at Alabama. As a junior last fall, he hauled in 63 passes for 967 yards and five touchdowns.
Other top receivers to reportedly hold official visits with the Patriots are Texas A&M's Christian Kirk, Maryland's D.J. Moore, and also Miami's Braxton Berrios.
