Patriots inactives: Marcus Cannon officially out vs. Miami

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -- The following Patriots players are inactive for Sunday's game against the Dolphins: offensive lineman Marcus Cannon, running back Brandon Bolden, defensive back Joejuan Williams, running back Damien Harris, wide receiver Jakobi Meyers, offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor and defensive end Deatrich Wise.

Bolden (hamstring) had been ruled out Saturday, while Cannon (shoulder) went through a pregame warmup and ultimately couldn't give it a go.

With Eluemunor inactive, it likely means Korey Cunningham will get the start at right tackle in place of Cannon. New tackle Marshall Newhouse is also active and he could potentially play as well.

It is a little interesting Harris is inactive with Bolden already out. This means big days are ahead for Sony Michel, James White and Rex Burkhead. At tight end, Matt LaCosse (ankle) is active again after he was last week and didn't play a single snap.

With the addition of Antonio Brown, it's likely Meyers could be a healthy scratch for a lot of games moving forward.

Williams, Harris, Meyers, Eluemunor and Wise are all healthy scratches.
