FOXBORO — The following Patriots players were missing from Tuesday’s mandatory minicamp session: safety Patrick Chung, running back Sony Michel, safety Nate Ebner, offensive lineman Yodny Cajuste, running back Nick Brossette, tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins, tight end Demaryius Thomas and defensive end Deatrich Wise Jr.

Michel and Seferian-Jenkins were the most notable absentees. Michel was also missing for the OTA session open to the media a few weeks back. Seferian-Jenkins was reportedly excused from the first week of OTAs, but there was nothing about minicamp in that report.

After missing OTAs, Tom Brady and Michael Bennett were present. It’s also worth noting Isaiah Wynn was present after missing the last OTA session open to the media, but he didn't do all that much in terms of participating.

Kyle Van Noy left the session with trainer Joe Whalen, but returned.

The team will have two more mandatory minicamp sessions Wednesday and Thursday.
