The Patriots had a few players in for workouts on Friday.
According to multiple reports, the team hosted five players, including defensive back Jordan Brown, tight end C.J. Conrad, defensive tackle Braxton Hoyett, quarterback T.J. Linta and wide receiver Sean Modster.
Just because he's a quarterback, Linta stands out the most. He is the son of popular agent Joe Linta. He played his college ball at Wagner and most recently was released by the Chiefs this past offseason.
It does not appear any of these players will be signed right away, if at all, as it is a case of the team building emergency lists.
