FOXBOROUGH -- Maurice Harris is no longer a member of the Patriots.
Harris cleared waivers and reverted to the Patriots' injured reserve earlier in the week, but was released with an injury settlement Tuesday, per the NFL transaction wire. This means Harris is a free agent and when he's healthy he can sign with another team.
The veteran wide out had a strong start to the summer, but after suffering an injury in Tennessee had fallen down the depth chart.
The 26-year-old finished last year with 28 catches for 304 yards.
