The Patriots are retooling their offensive line, at least on the backend of the depth chart.

New England has swung a deal with the Ravens for offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor. The Ravens' fifth-round selection in 2017 has experience both at tackle and guard. He's appeared in 17 games, including three starts.

Baltimore announced the trade being for a draft pick per passing of a physical. It's worth noting the Ravens became fed up with Eluemunor after failing his physical at the beginning of the summer and not being able to earn the starting job. For the Patriots, more depth was needed following the David Andrews news earlier in the week.

Eluemunor spent the first half of last year on the practice squad before being added to the active roster roughly midway through the season.

This came following the team trading for Cardinals offensive tackle Korey Cunningham just a few hours earlier.

It's very likely Eluemunor will be on the 53-man roster, at least to start, and is valuable because of his versatility.
