The Patriots will have a new-look coaching staff in 2020 and some of the new roles are coming out.

According to Albert Breer of SI's MMQB, Jedd Fisch, who came to the Patriots from the Rams this offseason, will coach quarterbacks. Mick Lombardi, who was the assistant quarterbacks coach last year, has now shifted his focus towards wide receivers.

It's unlear if Josh McDaniels will still have the quarterbacks coach title in addition to offensive coordinator, and it's unclear if Lombardi will be Troy Brown's assistant, or if Brown will be Lombardi's assistant, or if Brown is still staying on staff at all.

But, the shift should be considered a promotion for Lombardi.

Fisch will have an important role in 2020, as not only will he be helping Jarrett Stidham, he could also be working a lot with a new quarterback if the Patriots were to select one in the draft.

The Patriots have not made these moves, or other changes to the coaching staff official, and usually don't until a few weeks after the draft.
