INDIANAPOLIS -- One of the most intriguing prospects in the entire draft is Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Some have speculated teams might want him to work out as a receiver, but he made clear when he spoke Friday that he's a quarterback.

Jackson is likely going to be a first-round pick, but there's a chance he falls and is available when the Patriots select at No. 31 overall. The Patriots likely will be drafting Tom Brady's successor at some point and one of the things that comes with that is the pressure of replacing Brady.

If it's Jackson, he says that wouldn't bother him.

"Oh no, I feel I'm cool under pressure," he said. "Yessir. I'm cool under pressure. No pressure with me."

He said he would feel like "a little kid" if he were to get drafted by New England.

"Just trying to learn as much as I could, and be asking him a lot of questions like 'Why did you do this? What's your footwork on this?' A lot of questions," Jackson said of what he would ask Brady.

While it seems unlikely the Patriots would draft Jackson, if they do it seems clear he would have no problem being Brady's successor.
