The Red Sox will be without Mookie Betts for the third straight game on Tuesday against the Blue Jays. Betts was a late scratch Sunday with left side tightness and hasn't played since.
Brock Holt will take his place in right field, Andrew Benintendi will lead off and play left field and Jackie Bradley Jr. will play center field. J.D. Martinez will DH and Mitch Moreland will play first base against right-hander Marco Estrada.
Sandy Leon will catch Red Sox starter Rick Porcello.
