The Red Sox have made another roster move as the team closes out the unofficial first half of the season.

After leaving Saturday's game with a right ankle injury, left-handed starter Eduardo Rodriguez has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a right ankle sprain. Brian Johnson was activated off the disabled list as the corresponding move and will start Sunday's game.

Rodriguez earned a no-decision after throwing 5 1/3 scoreless innings in Saturday's win. It marked his third consecutive start allowing no runs, as he owns the majors' longest active scoreless streak (19 innings).

It's unclear how long Rodriguez will be out, but manager Alex Cora indicated after the game Saturday it didn't look good. Prior to the game Sunday, he had no further update and said he was still going through tests.
