According to King5.com, a Harris County grand jury has indicted defensive end Michael Bennett, the brother of Martellus Bennett, for a felony charge of injury of the elderly for injuring a 66-year-old paraplegic, who was working at NRG Stadium for Super Bowl LI between the Patriots and Falcons.
Michael was there to support Martellus, who was playing for the Patriots.
The current member of the Eagles shoved his way on to the field following the game after NRG security personnel, including the 66-year-old disabled victim, told him he had to use a different entrance. Michael allegedly pushed the elderly woman.
The charge carries a penalty of up to ten years in prison and a $10,000 fine. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
