Robert Kraft reportedly will not accept pre-trial diversion deal in prostitution case by Friday's deadline

As of now, it seems there's a real chance of Robert Kraft's soliciting prostitution case going to trial.

According to USA Today, Kraft will not accept a pre-trial diversion program by Friday's deadline. If accepted, Kraft and others would have to admit they'd be found guilty if the case went to trial. In addition, accept a mandatory prostitution impact course, STD screening, community service and a fine are usually included.

Lastly, "the Defendant must provide a truthful, sworn statement to the State regarding his knowledge of the illicit activity."

Kraft's team and Florida state attorney Dave Aronberg's office have reportedly been talking since Kraft was charged in February on a potential deal.

The Patriots owner pleaded not guilty to soliciting prostitution and has requested a speedy jury trial.
