Prosecution reportedly could have eyewitness testimony in Robert Kraft trial

It looks like the prosecution in the Robert Kraft case is preparing for the event of video evidence being banned in a potential trial.

According to Yahoo Sports' Charles Robinson, prosecutors in the case against Kraft are looking to "bolster" their case with eyewitness testimony.

One person could be Orchids of Asia employee Shen Mingbi, who allegedly engaged in sexual acts with Kraft, but has not been arrested, unlike manager Lei Wang, who was arrested. Officials haven't said why she hasn't been charged, but Robinson notes it is a little suspicious.

Kraft has been charged with soliciting prostitution and is allegedly on video receiving sex acts on back-to-back days in late January at the day spa. Kraft's team has filed a motion that would block video evidence from being used.

The Patriots owner has pleaded not guilty.
