Sam Kennedy, Red Sox publish note to front office amid protests

The Red Sox are latest sports team to release a statement/note about racial injustice across the country.

CEO and president Sam Kennedy's note to the Red Sox front office was published on Twitter.

Kennedy said he's struggled to find the right words to say, but has listened to a number of different perspectives in recent days. He said the Red Sox have an "obligation to amplify the voices of those who share our values, but do not share our platform."
