NASHVILLE -- During the NFL Network's top 100 players of 2019, Titans offensive tackle Taylor Lewan was featured discussing Tom Brady and the lineman noted he had never met the Patriots quarterback even though they both went to Michigan.
That changed Thursday, as Lewan finally met Brady following Thursday's joint practice.
The two chatted for several minutes and Brady also met Lewan's family.
“I just met the guy, just now,” Lewan said. “The only way we know each other [is> he went to Michigan, I went to Michigan. He is the greatest football player of all time, so to just have a chance to pick his brain in a private conversation for a second, it was cool. He’s a very genuine human being, and I think that’s awesome, to handle all that success and be as humble as he is.” Lewan was involved in a few minor scraps during the session, but nothing really ever came of it.
