Tom Brady hasn't spoken publicly on his impending free agency since Super Bowl Sunday, but he broke his silence Wednesday while doing an Instagram live with UFC president Dana White.
The two discussed the UFC, but at the end White tried to pitch Vegas to the 42-year-old as his next team.
"It's been a lot of patience for me," Brady said speaking of his free agent experience. "Obviously being where I have been for 20 years, it's been an amazing experience. I don't know what the future holds. Right now, I'm just trying to be patient through this process. It's my first time going through it. In the meantime, I am going to spend a lot of time with my family over the next 10-12 days. We have a little vacation planned, which I'm looking forward to."
Based on the 10-12 day time period, Brady will be getting away until free agency begins.
Brady and Bill Belichick reportedly have spoken recently, but not much was accomplished and some reported it did not go well.
If Brady does not re-sign with the Patriots by March 18 he will be a free agent for the first time in his career.
