Apparently just because Tom Brady is showing up a few days early for training camp, it doesn't mean everything is well and good between him and Bill Belichick.
According to the Boston Herald's Karen Guregian, issues between Brady and Belichick still exist.
Belichick is upset Brady spoke to owner Robert Kraft about Jimmy Garoppolo and Josh McDaniels and in fact, the quarterback had a hand in bringing McDaniels back at the 11th hour following him accepting the Colts' head-coaching job. Brady is upset with his trainer Alex Guerrero being banned from the facility and also the way he himself is treated.
This is the first time we've heard Brady had a direct hand in McDaniels staying in New England.
While these things will likely not impact things on the field at all this season, it does seem like the issues from last season were not resolved in the supposed offseason meeting between Kraft, Belichick and Brady.
Training camp officially begins Thursday.
