Former Celtics forward Greg Monroe has agreed to sign a one-year, $2.2 million contract with the Raptors, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.
The signing comes after the Raptors included backup big man Jakob Poeltl in a trade that sent All-Star wing DeMar DeRozan to the Spurs in exchange for Kawhi Leonard.
Monroe averaged 10.2 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 19.1 minutes (26 games) with the Celtics.
