The NHL season passed its midway point last week.
We're a few weeks from All-Star Weekend and each team's collectively bargained week off. We're a little more than a month from the NHL trade deadline.
All of that means we're starting to really find out which teams are equipped for a run to the Stanley Cup Final, which ones still need upgrades, which just need to play better, and which ones have no chance and should be focused on the 2020 NHL Draft.
