The Bruins announced Tuesday morning that they have placed forward Jake DeBrusk and three team staff members in COVID-19 protocol.
Forward Karson Kuhlman is also in protocol, having entered on Saturday. In total, the Bruins have had 13 players and five staff members enter COVID protocol since Dec. 14.
With the NHL's revised protocols now in place, DeBrusk could clear protocol in five days. He will likely miss the next three games. Kuhlman will remain out for at least Tuesday night, but could potentially clear in time for Thursday's game.
With DeBrusk out, Oskar Steen will remain in the Bruins' lineup for the time being. During Tuesday's morning skate, he was lined up as the third-line right wing next to Charlie Coyle and Nick Foligno. Curtis Lazar returned to the ice and was back on the fourth line after missing Sunday's game with a minor injury.
