Watch: David Krejci continues hot start in Czech Republic with sick goal

David Krejci was always more of a playmaker than a goal-scorer with the Bruins. Apparently he's decided to be a league-leading goal-scorer in the Czech Republic, though.

Krejci scored his fifth goal in four games Sunday, which ties him for the top spot in the Czech Extraliga. And this one was a beauty.

Krejci opened the scoring in Olomouc's game against Karlovy Vary, taking a pass at his own blue line and doing the rest himself. The 35-year-old center weaved between three defenders, made a nice flip pass to himself, and then fired a shot past the goalie.

Olomouc went on to win 3-2 in overtime and is now 3-1 on the season, with Krejci clearly making a big difference for a team that finished 12th out of 14 teams last season.

Oddly enough, Krejci only has one assist so far, but he's still tied for fifth in the league in points thanks to all the goals.
