The NHL announced Thursday night that the start time for the Bruins' NHL Outdoors game at Lake Tahoe on Sunday has been moved up an hour, from its original time of 3 p.m. ET to 2 p.m. ET.

Here is the league's press release:

Due to Sunday’s forecast of sunlight with no cloud cover and in the interest of Player safety, the start time for Honda NHL Outdoors Sunday between the Philadelphia Flyers and Boston Bruins on Feb. 21 has been changed to 11 a.m. PT.

Sunday's forecast in Stateline, Nevada, where the rink is set up, calls for clear, sunny skies and a high of 44 degrees. The bright sun could cause issues both in terms of glare and in terms of ice conditions as the day goes on.

NBC's documentary on legendary broadcaster Mike "Doc" Emrick, which was originally scheduled to air at 2 p.m. before the game, will reportedly now air at 5 p.m. after the game.

Anyways, enjoy more photos of the awesome setup:
