The Celtics will have to make due without their rim protector again on Monday. Robert Williams has been ruled out for Game 4.
The team made the announcement just an hour and a half before Monday's 7:30 p.m. tip. However, Ime Udoka indicated this was expected. Williams is experiencing knee soreness and isn't able to move in the manner which the team needs him to.
As a result, Grant Williams will slide into the starting five. Daniel Theis has only played six minutes this series, but unless the Celtics want to spread out Time Lord's minutes in another way, he's due for a decent amount of action off the bench in Game 4 with the Celtics down 2-1.
