Welcome to NBA Trade Deadline Day. What will the Celtics do? Well ...

According to the Boston Globe, the C's primary target heading into the final hours of trade season is Orlando swingman Terrence Ross.

The 6-foot-6 Ross is earning $12.5 million this season and is slated to finish off his four-year deal by hauling in $11.5 million for 2022-23.

The 31-year-old would supply the Celtics with a valued outside threat, with Ross averaging 5.1 three-pointers per game throughout his career. This season with the Magic he averaging 10.9 points and 24.5 minutes per game.

Ross is coming off a 2020-21 season in which he totaled 15.6 points per game. His production and minutes, however, have dwindled of late, managing double-figures just once in the last 12 games.
