Former Celtics player Glen "Big Baby" Davis has been making headlines lately, first with his involvement in a defrauding scheme towards the NBA, and most recently for his appearance at the Celtics home game against the Brooklyn Nets at the beginning of March, where the former power forward was hilariously caught by camera's sitting courtside in someone else's seat.

According to a report from Law 360, Davis is said to have broken his bail by making the appearance despite his attorney petitioning the Southern District of New York to allow his client to travel to Boston for work to perform comedy shows.

The violation is in relation to his bail as he awaits trial for his alleged role in a scam that involved submitting false medical claims to the NBA's benefits plan program and instead of using it for medical treatment, they pocketed the money for themselves.

The former Celtic missed an appearance at a radio show Friday because he had to appear in court.

It looks like getting caught by ESPN's game cameras may have cost Davis his freedom while he tries to fight a case for which he could potentially face 20 years in prison.
