Another former Boston sports star has punctuated his departure, selling a multi-million dollar Brookline mansion.
Months after Tom Brady finally unloaded his $30-million-plus Brookline estate, Kemba Walker has reportedly sold his former spacious digs - which happens to be not far from the former Brady household.
Walker, who was traded to Oklahoma City in the offseason and now plays for the Knicks, is officially moving on from the 9,592-square-foot home, selling it for an undisclosed sum on Oct. 26 (according to Boston.com). The final sum of the sale was undisclosed, but the report noted that the agreed-upon rate was higher than the $11.25 million Walker paid for the property in 2019.
The house has six bedroom and eight bathrooms along with two kitchens and 22-foot custom iron entry doorways.
Al Horford, who came to the Celtics in the deal involving Walker, recently moved into a home in the vicinity of the recently-sold Sears Road property.
