Well, this is a new one. The start of Monday night's Celtics-76ers game at TD Garden was delayed by an alarm that went off in the middle of pregame introductions due to a burst pipe.

The Celtics were being introduced when the Garden's emergency alert system suddenly kicked on, leading to several minutes of confusion about what to do next.

The alert initially indicated that the building may need to evacuated, but that ultimately wasn't necessary. Fans were allowed to stay in their seats while players kind of just stood around on the court.

Eventually introductions resumed and players were allowed to warm up again before the game began.

The team announced a short time later that the alarm was set off by a burst pipe at a concession stand.

On the bright side, at least it didn't look like this situation at a Washington Football Team game back in September:
