ESPN has again shaken up its block of weekday afternoon talk-show programming.
The Worldwide Leader on Thursday announced the cancelation of the long-running debate show Highly Questionable. The show was previously hosted by the popular Dan Le Batard, who exited from the network earlier this year and launched his own podcast, The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz.
Highly Questionable's final episode was set to air on Friday, ESPN said, and a new digital show called Debatable was planned for October.

"ESPN will be launching a new digital series Debatable, on Oct. 4. The show will be available every weekday with new 45-60 minute episodes debuting exclusively on ESPN’s Twitter, Facebook and YouTube accounts and the ESPN App – making it the first show the network has launched in this model.
"Highly Questionable, which launched on the network in 2011, will have its final airing on Sept. 10 (2:30 p.m., ESPN2), but the spirit of that show will carry into Debatable. The familiar cast will take on the most compelling topics from around the sports world with even greater depth and digression. More details will be announced soon."

The cancelation of Highly Questionable comes just days after the departure of Max Kellerman from First Take, after a five-year run as co-host to Stephen A. Smith. The network also announced that Kellerman's new show, This Just In, was set to debut on Sept. 14, Variety reported.
After Le Batard's departure, Highly Questionable was hosted by, and regularly featured, a rotating cast of recognizable reporters and pundits, including Israel Gutierrez, Bomani Jones, Pablo S. Torre, Mina Kimes, Katie Nola, and others.
