On Friday, the Patriots officially announced the signings of 10 free agents: Hunter Henry, Matt Judon, Nelson Agholor, Ted Karras, Kyle Van Noy, Jalen Mills, Henry Anderson, Kendrick Bourne, Cody Davis and Deatrich Wise.
In the press release, Bill Belichick released a statement on the moves.
“We are excited about the additions to our roster so far this year,” the statement read. “Whether by trade, free agency or re-signings, the group brings a good mix of offense, defense and special teams. It was great to see them in the building, including some familiar faces, and we are all looking forward to continue building toward the upcoming season.”
Based on the last sentence, it would not seem by any means the team is done with making moves.
Players who reportedly have agreed to deals, but are not included in the release are: Cam Newton, Nick Folk, Jonnu Smith, Davon Godchaux, Montravius Adams, Raekwon McMillan, Justin Bethel and David Andrews.
These players either just agreed to deals or likely could not yet officially sign the contracts to make them official.
