So, you're saying there is a chance ...

According to a report from NFL.com, that is reportedly the mindset of the Tampa Buccaneers when it comes to the possible reemergence of Tom Brady for the 2022 season.

In a piece co-written by Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, it is stated, "The Buccaneers are leaving the door open for Tom Brady in case the legendary quarterback changes his mind on retirement, and sources say they would do whatever is necessary for him to return -- a possibility Brady himself isn't completely ruling out."

Brady announced his retirement on Feb. 1 but did say "never say never" when the subject of a return came up on his SiriusXM podcast.

The report does go on to surmise that the Bucs will pursue a big-name quarterback - such Deshaun Watson or Russell Wilson - if Brady remains retired.
