FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots got another injured reserve player back to practice on Thursday.
A day after Trent Brown began practicing, Chase Winovich did the same. The outside linebacker was placed on injured reserve Oct. 19 with a hamstring injury.
The Patriots have 21 days to activate Brown and Winovich or else they revert back to IR and are done for the season.
Four players were missing from the start of the session: Damien Harris (head), Rhamondre Stevenson (head), Gunner Olszewski (head) and Jamie Collins (ankle).
It's hard to say where any of the three players with head injuries stand as they are in the concussion protocol. As for Collins, it's not a good sign for him missing two straight days of practice when it comes to playing Sunday.
New England will host Cleveland Sunday afternoon.
