Earlier this week, appearing on his "Let's Go!" podcast, Tom Brady called the 17th game "pointless."
During his appearance on The Greg Hill Show Friday morning, Patriots safety Devin McCourty was asked if he agrees with his former teammate?
“Yeah," he said. "Didn’t you like the 16 weeks, like split the season like 8-8, winning a quarter. Now it’s just like, we’ll end the season with four games plus one now. That doesn’t make sense.”
McCourty added: “This is like you get one more beating. Who wants that?”
