On the surface, the Gronk spike may seem like a display of brute force, a maneuver born out of the simple desire to slam a football into the ground as hard as humanly possible.

In fact, it is an art form, mastered by Rob Gronkowski through many years of practice and a dedication to his craft.

Not everyone is capable of executing the Gronk spike, and while the future Hall of Fame tight end is willing to share his secrets, he must choose his pupils wisely.

Enter Mickey and Minnie Mouse. During his trip to Disney World on Tuesday after scoring two touchdowns to help the Tampa Bay Buccaneers win Super Bowl LV, Gronkowski apparently saw enough potential in the anthropomorphic mice to take them under his wing.

Watch below as Gronk teaches Mickey and Minnie the finer points of the Gronk spike, a lesson that pays off with a pretty solid first attempt by Mickey.
