The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced 25 Modern-Era Semifinalists for their Class of 2024 on Tuesday morning, and Patriots legends Rodney Harrison and Vince Wilfork being among them. It's their third time being nominated.

Harrison played in New England from 2003-2008, winning two Super Bowls with the Patriots. He was named a First-team All-Pro in 2003 and a Second-team All-Pro in 2001. Through his 14-year NFL career, Harrison notched 1,206 tackles, 34 interceptions, 30.5 sacks, 15 forced fumbles, and four touchdowns. He was inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame in 2019.

After being selected with the 21st overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft, Wilfork played in Foxborough for 10 seasons, becoming a two-time Super Bowl champion and a five-time Pro Bowler. He was named a First-team All-Pro in 2012 and a Second-team All-Pro in 2007, 2010, and 2011. Wilfork tallied 561 tackles, 16 sacks, and three interceptions in his career. He was induced into the Patriots Hall of Fame in 2022.

Other former Patriots nominated for the Class of 2024 Pro Football Hall of Fame include James Harrison, Torry Holt, and Reggie Wayne. The next step in the induction process is for the selection committee to narrow the list down to 15 players. The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2024 will be enshrined next August.
